Just a few reminders for the teams and team mangers:
- Teams should check-in, with their props, 30 minutes before their performance time.
- Please
be aware that guns and knives are not allowed at the tournament, even
as props. That would include plastic weapons. If there is need of such
a prop in your performance please be aware that it must be team created
and be an instrument that represents a weapon but not be a weapon
- Please
be sure that your team flag fits the prescribed dimensions. The flag
should be mounted on a 4 foot long 3/4" round dowel, which is available
at your old-fashioned hardware store. The maximum flag size is 21" wide
by 31" long. The flag must be flat -- 2-Dimensional. (Due to the nature
of the stand we will not be able to accept 3-D flags.) This is for
safety as well as display purposes.
